Whistleblower System
Porsche Digital Croatia rejects all forms of corruption, cartelization, money laundering or any other white-collar crime and does not tolerate any unlawful behaviour by managers, employees, customers, business partners or public officials.
Porsche Digital Croatia does not tolerate any violations.
Porsche Digital Croatia takes tips about potential violations very seriously. It investigates such information carefully and takes appropriate actions in response to detected violations, in compliance with applicable employment and reporting irregularities laws.
Violations are intentional or negligent violations, including acts and omissions, of applicable law (e.g. laws, ordinances, etc.) or internal company regulations, particularly violations of the Code of Conduct as well as violations of contractual obligations by employees of the Porsche Group that they commit in connection with or on the occasion of their work for the Porsche Group.
Managers and employees are obligated to report reasonable suspicions of potential violations to the Whistleblower System of Porsche Digital Croatia, in particular the Confidential Person.
Executives, employees, customers or business partners of Porsche Digital Croatia, can anonymously report reasonable suspicions of a violation by employees of the Porsche Digital Croatia to the Confidential Person, appointed by the Porsche Digital Croatia through the internal whistleblowing procedure or to the Ombudsman through the external whistleblowing procedure.
Both the Confidential Person and the Ombudsman are available to whistleblowers as contact persons via various reporting channels, free of charge. All tips are treated as confidential and provide the whistleblowers (if needed) anonymity.
Whistleblowers do not have to fear sanctions or other disadvantages in submitting tips to the Confidential Person or the Ombudsman.
Anyone who wishes to provide specific tips of potential violations relating to Porsche Digital Croatia can contact the Confidential Person or the Ombudsman as set forth below, and contact is also available in the form of a confidential personal conversation.
How do we process your report?
After the submission of tip, you will get a confirmation of receipt and then your report will be assessed. If further information is required, we will contact you. We therefore ask you to leave a contact option (e.g. to create an anonymous e-mail address, if needed), even if you submit a report anonymously.
Only if this initial evaluation shows grounds for suspicion of a violation an investigation shall be started. Afterwards, the results of the investigation shall be assessed and appropriate measures shall be taken.

Online reporting channel
You have the option of using a web-based communication platform to contact the Porsche Whistleblower System in many languages. This system is confidential and technically secured.
Even if your preferred language is not offered in the reporting channel, you can use any language to submit your report. You can also contact the Porsche Whistleblower System in any language via e-mail or mail.
Ombudspersons
External lawyers (ombudsmen) advise on the Whistleblower System and ensure that reports from whistleblowers are forwarded to the whistleblower system - anonymously if desired.
